Data protection declaration

Anyone who takes an interest in the Fondation Partage, requests information, subscribes to one of our newsletters or supports us financially, communicates a certain amount of personal data. These are compared with our address file and saved. They are used only for our purposes.

We do not pass on or sell your data to third parties or organizations. Our service providers may only use the information provided for the purpose of fulfilling their mandate and are obliged to comply with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act, which are very strict in this respect.

Mailings and phone calls

Anyone who provides us with his or her postal address can be regularly informed of our themes by post, unless he or she expressly objects. Telephone data is used by the Fondation Partage in case of need for additional information and/or during telephone campaigns.

E-mail addresses

Anyone who provides us with his or her e-mail address can receive information (such as payment receipts or event information) by e-mail. Regular information, in particular the newsletter, is sent to people who have shown an interest in our work. Anyone who no longer wishes to receive our newsletter can simply and quickly unsubscribe by following the corresponding link indicated in each newsletter. To send its electronic newsletter, the Fondation Partage uses the Mailchimp tool, which allows useful analyses for the optimization of our communication. The use of our newsletter (openings, clicks on links) is recorded and linked to personal data, which allows us to improve our offers.

Credit card donations

Fondation Partage treats all donation data as confidential. Credit card data communicated to Fondation Partage is transmitted in encrypted form to an external partner certified by the payment card industry (PCI DSS). They are not recorded or used directly by the Fondation Partage.

Right to information

We are prepared to provide you with written information about your stored individual data at any time, and to correct or delete it if you wish. To do so, simply send us an e-mail to info@partage.ch

Monitoring of the Fondation Partage

Three independent bodies are responsible for monitoring the Fondation Partage:

  1. L’organe de révision comptable
    The accounts of the Fondation Partage are presented in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER 21. The Fondation Partage’s annual financial report contains the figures and explanations relating to the operating account and the balance sheet and gives various information aimed at the transparency of the organization.
    BfB fiduciary company (independent organization) controls and certifies each year the accounts of the Fondation Partage.

  2. The Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations
    The Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations is part of the General Secretariat of the Federal Department of Home Affairs (FDHA) and is responsible for federal supervision of charitable foundations operating at national and international levels.
    The Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for Foundations approves the statutes and regulations of the Fondation Partage and, within the framework of the legal obligation of supervision (art. 84, al. 2 CC), verifies the annual accounts with the activity report, the balance sheet, the income statement, the appendix and the auditor’s report.
  3. La Fondation Zewo
    Non-profit organizations that are audited by Zewo and meet its requirements are awarded the Zewo quality label. This label distinguishes serious organizations that use donations in a purposeful, economical and efficient manner. They inform with transparency and earn the trust of donors.
