A group of students from Geneva’s Haute Ecole de Santé, studying dietetics and nutrition, have come up with the brilliant idea of organising an online recipe competition – “What about you? How do you prepare your vegetables?

Beneficiaries of emergency food hampers have been cooking vegetables from the hampers to come up with some mouth-watering recipes ! For a fortnight, Internet users had the chance to vote for their favourite recipe.

Kamatis took first place with its recipe for tomatoes stuffed with eggs and mushrooms. A big well done to her !

Our congratulations also go to all the participants in the competition, who came up with some mouth-watering vegetable recipes.
