During the first half of 2020, a group of students from Geneva’s Haute Ecole de Santé worked on a study project with the Fondation Partage. This is a series of recipes based on products found at Partage (plus a few others). Each recipe has been created to bring the price per person down to less than CHF 5.
A beautiful creation that whets the appetite and offers healthy recipes at modest prices.
Well done to these students, who have done a remarkable job under complicated conditions – during the pandemic period, of course !
