The Partage Foundation is looking for new volunteers to help with its food delivery and sorting activities.
Every day, our teams collect unsold food and essential items from a number of retailers to distribute them to Partage’s partner organisations in Geneva. This vital chain of solidarity could not function without the dedication of our motivated volunteers.
🚛 We are looking for experienced volunteer drivers
🕖 Times: 7am to 12pm
Your role: to make deliveries to our partner organisations using vans or lorries weighing less than 3.5 tonnes. You will be accompanied by a member of staff on your first delivery
➡️ Category B driving licence required
➡️ Pre-employment interview
➡️ Regular availability preferred
🥕 We are also looking for volunteers to sort food
🕐 Times: 1 pm to 3 pm
Your role: to sort the fruit and vegetables collected that morning by Partage’s delivery drivers, so that as much produce as possible can be put to good use and food waste is reduced.
Joining Partage means playing an active part in local, people-centred initiatives that support those in need.
