At the Fondation Partage, helping people return to work is one of our fundamental missions, with solidarity jobs (EdS) enabling people who have exhausted their unemployment benefits to access a position while receiving individualised support. Each journey can include: defining a career plan, training, work placements and support from professionals.
Since 2008, nearly 180 people have benefited from this programme at the Fondation Partage.
