Depuis 2015, Partage a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un projet de torr\u00e9faction et mouture de caf\u00e9. Mais quel est le processus de pr\u00e9paration et comment y contribue la Fondation Partage\u00a0?<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Nous r\u00e9cup\u00e9rons gracieusement du caf\u00e9 vert aupr\u00e8s d\u2019entreprises actives dans le commerce du caf\u00e9 \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, et le livrons ensuite \u00e0 une entreprise partenaire pour le torr\u00e9fier \u2013 un processus d\u00e9licat qui demande des \u00e9quipements particuliers. Une fois le caf\u00e9 torr\u00e9fi\u00e9, il est transport\u00e9 dans nos locaux, o\u00f9 un employ\u00e9 en r\u00e9insertion professionnelle s\u2019occupe de le moudre et de le conditionner en paquets de 500 grammes.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Une fois que les sachets de caf\u00e9 sont pr\u00eats, Partage les trie et les stocke. Elle les distribue ensuite aux associations et services sociaux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, qui l\u2019utilisent dans le cadre de pr\u00e9paration de repas et collations pour les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, ou le leur redistribue.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">L\u2019augmentation du volume du caf\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ne fait pas exception \u00e0 la tendance des activit\u00e9s de Partage en 2020.
