CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND COLLECTION OF TICKETS

By confirming your payment, you are placing a binding order for tickets. The payment confirmation serves as a ticket reservation.

1.1 A contract comes into effect upon confirmation of payment for your order. You are required to provide all necessary information completely and correctly during the ordering process.

1.2 Tickets must be collected on site on the evening of the performance.

PRICES

2.1 The prices stated in the offer at the time of ordering apply. The prices stated are final.

PAYMENT

3.1 We offer the following payment methods: credit cards, Twint, Google Pay and bank transfer.

3.2 If you purchase with a credit card, your card will be charged at the time of ordering.

3.3 If you pay by BV-QR, this will be sent to your address by post. If payment is not made within 10 days of ordering, the order will be considered cancelled and the tickets will be put back on sale. Tickets that have not been paid for on the evening of the performance cannot be collected.

3.4 Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for any cash transaction fees.

RIGHT OF RETURN

4.1 Tickets ordered are non-refundable and non-returnable.

4.2 Tickets are transferable. In this case, please inform us by email at 20ans@partage.ch or by telephone on 022 301 11 78.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

6.1 All legal acts or other legal relationships with us are governed by Swiss law. For contracts concluded for a purpose that cannot be included in the professional or commercial activity of the entitled party (contracts with consumers), this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection afforded is not removed by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident.

6.2 For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is their Swiss domicile.
